Refund policy
At Atelier Gaia, each bouquet is handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at atelier.gaia.versailles@gmail.com
and include photos of the product. We will review each request individually and provide a suitable solution when applicable.
Refunds are not available for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailability at the delivery address
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
